I am out here, and good to hear your message........you always say what you feel, Tomas.

I wonder too if anyone is paying any attention. Over time though people say things to me and I know they have been listening.

Re: WeeklyRails Communication

FROM:
Estelle Minor

So far, I have not been physically up to setting up lectures, etc. It is my firm goal to get there.

You ask about the Rails and their history. This is what comes to me:

My experience says the Rails are THE leadership training system of IPMI (the non-profit) - FREE TRAINING to develop the 3 aspects of leadership function innate in everyone: Administration, Promotion, and most importantly: Group Shepherd.

Society has allowed confusion into systems of leadership and into leaders' examples of operation. Nurturing these three functions of clear-motive leadership at the soul level through the Rails system gives maximum flexibility for leaders to then perform successfully and harmoniously anywhere in society, in any function. Growth is step by step by practicing in the area and continuing as far as the international sphere. (If only those drawn to serve in the political arena had such training!)

It's my experience that the angels who back bigger picture areas on earth also have a similar system of Administration vibration, Promotion vibration and Group Shepherd vibration. We're all angels in training; spirit passed on this system through Francisco Coll for the non-profit "Inner Peace Movement" of the 1960's because it's purpose is leadership training.
Every opportunity along the rails is designed via the various job description for my training and personal benefit to the extent I pass on opportunity - that's the system.

There's another aspect of Rails training: because opportunities on the rails force me to work with others towards common goals, any unresolved ego issues, however buried will stick out like a sore thumb! Solutions are blockage profiles, compatibility profiles and the IPM Program courses on Administration, Promotion and Group Shepherd but mostly: frequent regroupings.

But the main source of the training (after that which personal angels and IPMI's angels provide through sensitivity) is provided gratuitously by those on the upper rails. Acting Area Coordinators, for example would regroup with Acting State Administrators (or Mini-State Admin if there are a lot of people on the rails) once a week or twice-monthly in person or by phone to gain understanding and tools. After 3 months, that's 6 -12 free sessions! And all the Area officer puts in is their commitment of time and energy.
I'll point out that the State Workshops affords the officers at the State Level the most profound environment for regrouping (where do we come from, where are we now, where are we going) all the officers in the State.

Thanks for giving me opportunity to share,
Estelle

Thanks. I've been doing some work around that, and it digs a little deeper … sigh … I guess I have to discard my illusions for sure, now …

Have a great summer!

Thank-you for another inspired message!

I no longer act as State Admin for VA but I usually forward them to at least half a dozen people who wouldn't otherwise receive them. It keeps them plugged into the energy.

I love the courses that delve into personal, business & social of my life. They are so clear and help everyone to know the facts of those areas and how my guidance fits into them as well. A review of this clarifies the "how" to communicate effectively to others so they are not confused about the facts of personal, the facts of business and that people are very much a part of social.
