Grassroots:  NEEDS

What do I really need?

Do I know what I really, really want?

Believing in anything outside myself is a religion.

Religion is a myth.

My true feelings are my religion.

My religion is me.

I cannot be anyone else’s religion.

My first church.

This is simple.

There are no complications in my true religion.

It is like a bird flying or a snake crawling along the ground.

It is not a promise.

It manifests as action.

Leadership:  COMMUNICATON

Love is communication.

Communication is love.

Silence is not necessarily non-communication.

Ignoring is non-communication.

Ignoring deflates an inflated ego of a pest.

The pest bothers to gain energy.

Ignoring the pest forces it to go else where.

I discipline myself to ignore negativity.

As a wayshower I show my apprentices the benefits of ignoring pests.

As a leader I ignore the negativity of the pest, yet still allow the pest to pester.

I remain silent and communicate.

Grassroots:   SMALL PICTURE

Living from day to day, paycheck to paycheck; thinking all of life is wrapped up in this one lifetime.

Survival is key.

There are plenty of things to worry about, to fear, to want and to strive for.

Life is a stream of events encased by events, buildings, distance and time.

All life is focused on planet earth in this lifetime.

So much seems important.

There is pressure and confusion.

Life is about prestige, competition and one-up-manship.

Fortunes can be won and lost.

Life is a series of events.

Small picture is about keeping score, about taking and getting.

Leadership:  BIG PICTURE

Existing for all time.

Having no limitations.

Being free; expressing love.

All life is in one moment – now.

The big picture has no time.

The big picture sees earth as a game, a joke, a blink of the eye in the eternity of the all.

All joy flows constantly and abundantly.

Fulfillment comes from the doing, the sharing and laughing.

Peace is consistent.

Big picture is about giving and sharing.

Grassroots:  SEARCHER

We are all searchers when we start on our journey.

A searcher is someone who is seeking the truth.

How is the truth recognized?

So many claim to have “the truth”.

Could seeking “the truth” be a religious concept? Claiming that knowing “the truth” keeps one safe.

Would seeking peace be a more accurate, measurable goal?

Isn’t inner peace a choice?

Looking outside for inner peace is an endless journey,

Leadership:  UNDERSTANDING

The greatest sin is ignorance.

Inner guidance supplies my clarification.

I simply need to cleanse and ask.

Sometimes relaxing, cleansing and detaching from a situation is difficult.

Pressure likes to show up at the most inconvenient times.

Preparing for situations beforehand with guidance keeps one ahead of the wave of energy.

It is easier to keep the head up when aware of the situation before jumping in.

Grassroots:   PRESSURE

Where does pressure come from?

How can I stop long enough to discern a pressure?

With so much to do, how do I slow down?

How do I relax long enough to cleanse?

I have to believe in myself and ignore – simply ignore – any form of pressure.

I cannot afford to feed it.

It won’t go away at first.

But by consistently ignoring the fears, any worries or doubts, like the tide, they will recede.

Leadership:   ANSWERS

I remember in school when taking a test, the answers were either, A. B. C or D.

If life were that simple.

In reality, the answer is usually E.  All of the above.

Whatever can be conceived, can be  the answer to some degree.

Confusion is caused by trying to force a belief as an answer.

The problem is caused because many things can cause the problem.

Most of it not under our control.

Some of it not even in this lifetime.

The solution is based on the problem.

Getting a solution based on more than 1 answer can be complex.

Patience allows solutions to flow.

Guidance allows a recheck.

Grassroots:  WHO?

One hears so many different opinions, who knows who or what to believe.

Throw in a little gossip and things can get more confusing.

Then, the intellect starts to run away with the imagination, past experiences  and expectations and assumptions soon lead to a spiritual paralysis.

Not knowing who or what to believe can lead to stagnation. No Action.

This is a good thing.

This discontent is the start of the spiritual journey – the quest for the truth.

The lesson has begun.

Time to start learning and growing rather than embrace the past.

The “who?” is me.

My opinion is valid for me.

Leadership:   SERVICE

I came here to planet earth to be of service.

I came in alone and will go out alone.

In between these two events: I need people.

I need interaction, communication and coordination.

I need the business of being a soul in a school.

One of the challenges is teamwork.

Everyone has their own opinion.

Hell could be thought of as a collision of opposite opinions.

Every horse has only one head.

Grassroots:  CHALLENGE

The challenge is to maintain the level of enthusiasm as when I first received the inspiration to do something.

The challenge is to stay focused on one thing at a time.

The challenge is to regroup consistently so I know what I am getting.

The challenge is to stay flexible and go with the flow.

The challenge is to enjoy every moment.

Leadership:  REMORSE

I have been taught to feel remorse.

This is an emotion.

I have been taught to regret the results of some of my actions.

This is an emotion.

I have be taught to be timid and to expect rejection.

These are emotions.

The only things I need to release are the emotions that hold me back.

The emotions that I learnt as a child keep me from enjoying my now.

Grassroots:  INNER COMMUNICATION

I have all four gifts of Prophecy, Vision, Intuition and Feeling.

I use all four gifts every time I communicate with myself.

This gives me my facts: my what, my when, my where, and my why of my impressions.

Any incompleteness causes unease.

A missing fact is the cause of most of my problems.

This is also called making an assumption.

I need to be patient with myself to clarify my facts.

I need to check and recheck with my inner self to be sure.

Leadership:  OUTER COMMUNICATION

Once I have my facts clean and clear it is time for me to check with my Guidance.

I need to be clean and clear about what I am asking in order to receive a clean and clear answer.

Any doubt or assumption in my question is an open door to confusion.

I feel joy as I check and recheck with my guidance.

Guidance will not make my decisions.

I decide my what, my when, my where and my why through my sensitivity.

Then I check with my guidance for their suggestions and for accuracy.

This routine is basic.

At every problem encountered – I need to go back to my basics.

Grassroots:   NEW

This is a new year . . . 2012 .

The first 2012 to ever exist.

In 12 months it will be over.

Never to return again.

What do I want to accomplish?

With my  Family?

In my Home?

With my Career?

With my Needs?

With my Finances?

With my Travel?

With my Investments?

If I don’t decide for myself, someone else will decide  for me.

Leadership:  EXPERIENCE

The first time I do something, I’m usually uncertain.

Doubts pester me.

The more times I do it, the less doubts I experience.

Presenting an Orientation Lecture and hoping no one shows  is not a productive energy.

I need to be really clear in myself about why I want to present Orientation Lectures in the first place.

I need to check the needs of who will be  coming to each Orientation Lecture I present.

This is true concern.

It gets easier every time I do it.

Have a Happy and Prosperous New Year!!!

Grassroots:  SURPRISE

When the unexpected happens, I can be surprised with joy or fright.

No matter what it is.

What is the worst that can happen? Is death my greatest fear?

It’s easy to play the fearless leader in a warm meeting room.

It’s easy to say, “I’m not afraid .”

How often do I try to escape?

How often does my intellect make an excuse?

I am the easiest person for me and my maze to fool and trip up.

No matter what, my guidance will always offer a solution as long as I stay relaxed and solution oriented.

Leadership:  DECISION

It is up to me to decide what I want.

Everything in the universe is good.

My limitation here on planet earth is a lifespan.

What do I want to do in the moments I have left to experience?

I could be a millionaire. I could fly into outer space. I could write the best selling novel.

The decision is mine.

After the decision comes the checking and re-checking with my guidance.

Then the planning.

Then the execution.

And then the labor.

Then, and only then can I experience the reward.

I can live it before I receive it with my imagination.

Inner decision starts the process.

Grassroots:   OBLIGATION

There is a lot that Society wants. Proper clothes, income, living standards, career, etc. as well as behavior. Society’s rules and regulations can be quite demanding. How to make them a means to an end is never taught in school; we’re lucky if our parents instruct us and usually we rebel anyway. Society’s pressures are a maze that tries to envelop us and cause us to lose our way. It’s too easy to get caught in prestige, glory, devotion  - to be controlled by something outside ourselves. The challenge is to remain true to ourselves.

Leadership:   CLARITY

Spiritual cleansing is one of the first techniques I learned at the Orientation Lecture. What freedom I experienced. School, family, work all took a back seat, to me. I become the most important thing in my life to me every time I cleanse. Almost instantly the maze returns with thoughts and emotions. The maze is very persistent, subtle and tricky. The price to pay for staying cleansed is to keep cleansing. The good news is, the more I cleanse the easier it is to stay cleansed. This is what the Bible refers to a “praying without ceasing.”
