The Inner Peace Movement program was founded on giving opportunity to all no matter where an individual is, in his or her growth.

We are all leaders.  The system set up by Dr Francisco Coll provides opportunity to develop and build on our inner leadership and loyalty to ourselves in a way that recognises individual differences in manner and speed of learning.

Different people have different needs and wants.  There is opportunity for everyone:sharing the Man and the Universe Orientation lecture,

• leading (and participating in) the second night program,
• participating (and leading) in group work,
• going the extra mile as part of the IPMI rails.

Each opportunity taken helps to unfold our inner communication with ourselves and guidance as well as our outer communication with people in the environment.  It's all about refinement.

Because we live in two worlds at one time, we need to be clear in our boundaries.  We also need to recognise the system as guidelines to help make the process fair for everyone.  I look back on the backing and support I received from my journymen with gratitude.  I would not be here today without that so let's each of us be prepared to share and pass on what we know, be preparedto go the extra mile where and when necessary, be prepared to be patient when others around us are learning and growing.

Remember how far we have come to be where we are today but most importantly what is next to learn and accomplish in our service.

In Maori tradition the waka or canoe unites people through a commitment to the aims, aspirations and singleness of purpose so I invite you to join me in my waka tangata (people's canoe) as we journey through this next year.
