2. To strengthen community and family relations by establishing and overseeing a community-based educational and training program including: weekly group meetings; special leadership development opportunities; personal effectiveness training; spiritual development and personal wellness training, sponsored by the local chapters and local and state representatives.
3. To sponsor and conduct state, regional and national leadership development retreats, and spiritual growth workshops, bi-annually or as needed. These programs are conducted and overseen by the board of directors, state, and regional representatives.
4. To sponsor and conduct special summer camp programs regionally and nationally as needed and as funding and activity allows. To sponsor community based mini-camp program monthly or bi-monthly. These are overseen by the board of diretors and local, state and regional represenatives.
5. Local chapters sponsor and conduct public outreach and expansion programs, fairs, and expositions to be of service to the community, give opportunity to new group participants, and to attract new participants, subscribers and members.
6. To assist in the preservation and dissemination of the message and works of Dr. Francisco Coll relating to, but not limited to the advancement of education, inner peace, wellness, self leadership, inner direction, and inner government.
7. To raise funds for program development and expansion through donations and other activities and to provide grants to outstanding touring leaders to open new regions to mentor local leadership, and to stimulate local program.
