1. To educate and inspire the public by sponsoring and conducting educational and inspirational orientation lectures, lecture tours, media appearances and workshops on personal, spiritual and leadership development, especially on experiencing and strengthening INNER PEACE and peace of mind as a practical way of life, using frameworks, policies, tools and techniques developed by Dr. Francisco Coll (1927-99).
2. To strengthen community and family relations by establishing and overseeing a community-based educational and training program including: weekly group meetings; special leadership development opportunities; personal effectiveness training; spiritual development and personal wellness training, sponsored by the local chapters and local and state representatives.

5. Local chapters sponsor and conduct public outreach and expansion programs, fairs, and expositions to be of service to the community, give opportunity to new group participants, and to attract new participants, subscribers and members.
6. To assist in the preservation and dissemination of the message and works of Dr. Francisco Coll relating to, but not limited to the advancement of education, inner peace, wellness, self leadership, inner direction, and inner government.
7. To raise funds for program development and expansion through donations and other activities and to provide grants to outstanding touring leaders to open new regions to mentor local leadership, and to stimulate local program.
