Dr. Francisco Coll was the inspiration, director and leading light of the Inner Peace Movement® programs and the initial prototype of IPM as a practical "way of life". Dr. Coll was one of the world's foremost spiritual leaders. He was active in the field of spiritual research for over 45 years. Dr. Coll's reputation is well known throughout the world to be synonymous with spiritual growth, high standards and the theme, "If you give a hungry man a fish today, he will only be hungry again tomorrow. If you teach a man how to fish, he will have the freedom to use his own resources."
His inspiration for the Inner Peace Movement® program crystallized in 1962-1963 while on a lecture tour, speaking to spiritual searchers in Peace Churches and a variety of other groups. Watching "peace demonstrations" on TV, he had the insight that "there will always be war as long as people are angry" and that "they will always be angry unless they have the (spiritual) facts", their own answers, or a bigger picture spiritually. He was already adept at helping people find their own answers and a bigger picture.
His accomplishments include: the founding of over ten spiritual movements, each with its own unique copyrighted development programs, creating and refining hundreds of practical spiritual tools and techniques, and creating a network of spiritual educators and speakers to carry these worldwide by the 1970's. The brands and movements include: Astro Soul®, Growing Executives of Tomorrowsm, or G.E.T.® , Inner Peace Movement®, Peace Community Church®, Profound Mystical Meditation for Western Society®, The Love Movementsm and the many American Leadership Collegesm programs and departments.
